IMB Bank held its Annual General Meeting today, 25 October 2022.

IMB is proposing amendments to its Constitution as set out in the notice of meetings for the Annual General Meeting and class meetings of IMB Shareholder Members and Depositor Members to be held on 25 October 2022 (Meetings).

The Board is delighted that it will once again be able to meet with Members in person and looks forward to holding a physical meeting for the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Commenting on IMB Bank’s performance for the 2021-2022 financial year, Chief Executive, Robert Ryan said: “The FY22 results demonstrate the resilience of our sustainable business model. We have performed strongly, with our frontline staff continuing to support our members through the challenges of the pandemic and severe adverse natural events.

IMB confirms that trading on the market has now resumed. As was the case at the outset of the suspension, the current sell order for shares is at $4.20 and the current buy order is at $4.16.

IMB has implemented a suspension of the IMB market to enable it to review and correct an administrative error.

Commenting on the results, Chief Executive, Robert Ryan said: “This was a solid performance in fluctuating economic conditions as the challenges associated with the pandemic prevailed. Our strategy of transforming services for members continued, with the launch of IMB Bank’s mortgage products on our digital platform being achieved during the half.

IMB Bank is pleased to announce that effective 1 December 2021, Mr Christopher Whitehead will join the Board of IMB Bank and its subsidiaries, following a successful Non-Executive Director recruitment search facilitated by an external firm.
