IMB Bank today announces that the 2017-2018 net profit after tax increased by 15% to $31.6 million, and total assets reached $5.9 billion.

IMB Bank is pleased to confirm that having received a Development Consent for the construction of a proposed new head office premises, it has today completed the purchase of the development site at 47 Burelli Street, Wollongong.

IMB Bank is pleased to announce that the group recorded a net profit after tax of $15.8 million for the half year to 31 December 2017, being a 23.4% increase on the previous corresponding period.

IMB Ltd (“IMB”) today announces the completion of its off-market share buyback (“Buyback”). The Buyback was the fifth in a series of buybacks that IMB expects to undertake over the medium term.

IMB Ltd advises that the Deemed Market Value for the Off-Market Buyback of IMB Shares is $4.91. The final Buyback Price will be determined by applying the Buyback Discount of between 0% and 14% (at increments of 2%) to the Deemed Market Value.

Following an extensive review of potential head office locations and available properties, IMB Bank is pleased to confirm that it has entered into arrangements for the purchase and development of the site at 47 Burelli Street, Wollongong, in the heart of Wollongong’s CBD.
