IMB wishes to correct a typographical error contained within the explanatory Notes to the Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2010.

IMB Members are advised that the 2010 Annual General Meeting is to be held on Tuesday, 26 October 2010 at 10.00am, at the Novotel Northbeach Hotel, 2-14 Cliff Road, North Wollongong, NSW.

Following the retirement of long-standing IMB director Mr George Edgar, IMB is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Noel Cornish as a non-executive director to the Board of IMB and its subsidiaries.

Despite difficult trading conditions, IMB delivered strong results for the year ending June 2010, with operating profit after tax of $29.1 million.
